Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

- Exceptions: Earrings, anklets, and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Carefully repack the item(s) in their original packaging.
Return Shipping
- For customers in the UK, returns are free of charge.
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
