Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Extended Return Window: You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order, exceeding the legal 14-day minimum.
Condition of Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exceptions: Earrings, anklets, and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service team at returns@iconvelvet.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Carefully repack the item(s) in their original packaging.

Return Shipping

For customers in the UK, returns are free of charge.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Exchanges

Special Considerations

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
Luxury accessories and watches must be returned within 14 days and in pristine condition with all original documentation.
